The materials come down to 12 kinds of block, mostly grass block, spruce planks, bricks and dark oak planks. Everything can be gathered in survival mode. Allow about 3 h of building by hand, not counting gathering.
The PDF instructions give a plan of every layer, seen from above, from the ground to the top, with the materials list and the 3D progress. The import files work on Java (WorldEdit, Litematica, structure block without mods) and on Bedrock (structure block, on console, tablet or Windows).
